I’m a Creative Director with a passion for delivering pixel-perfect designs. After a First-class honours degree and a prestigious Design Plus BDI Award, I’ve spent over two decades working across multiple industries, gaining significant experience in branding and website design. Alongside my professional pursuits, I’m a guinea pig enthusiast and have helped redesign the Guinea Pig Magazine!
Connect on LinkedinMy journey into design started during university, where I studied product design. There, my passion for graphic design emerged. After graduating, I took a year off to travel, upon my return, I started working for a main contractor gaining hands-on experience from bids to branding. This solidified my love for design, and I've been dedicated ever since.
My interest in design sparked from watching Neil Buchanan on Art Attack. I've always had a passion for arts and crafts. Despite my role as a designer, I'm naturally organised. This blend of structure and creativity enables me to craft visually appealing and easily digestible information.
If I had to choose between books, films, and podcasts, I'd say I'm a bookworm at heart. Two favourites are the Harry Potter series and the Twilight saga, which started as books before hitting the big screen. As any book lover knows, the books always have that extra spark. Ultimately, anything binge-worthy grabs my attention!
Running the marathon not once, but twice was like chasing after a pint that keeps moving further away. Crossing that finish line was an incredible feeling, and doing it again only solidified the sense of accomplishment — and it made those post run pints taste even better!
More travelling, without a doubt. I've already had amazing adventures exploring Australia, Southeast Asia, South America, South Africa, China, and Japan. Next up? Canada and Switzerland. I collect passport stamps like Pokémon cards.
Um... guinea pigs? I'm a dog person, but where I live doesn't allow dogs. Years ago, I opted for guinea pigs instead, and they've been my furry companions ever since. Surprisingly, you can train them just like dogs! Mine can do tricks like high-fives, ringing bells, and spinning around!
We do love data and insights here at TMM – they can tell us so much about a person or target audience. We've used the DISC profile to reveal what I am like, and it's spot on!
I enjoy working in a structured, detail-oriented environment where quality is key. I'm working on engaging more with different people and gaining confidence in decision-making. My attention to detail helps me contribute effectively to any team.
I communicate best with clear, logical, and precise information. I prefer well-organised, task-focused communication supported by evidence as it helps me stay focused and effective.
